This looks like perfect food to eat while there’s a blizzard outside. . . also doesn’t seem too difficult to make- I like that it uses the chicken thighs instead of the whole chicken. That’s a big time saver! Yum, yum.

wowsers! looks great, and please don’t hit the boy with the stapler. that would hurt. not over snow, at least! ha ha ha. we just got a foot here today and it’s still snowing, so i hear ya for sure!
