		<description>This is a good procedure. One extra step you can take to prevent a block of frozen veggies is to spread them out on a cookie sheet and freeze them before bagging them. I do this for all my fruits and veggies before freezing.

If you haven&#039;t invested in a Food Saver vacuum sealer you might want to consider one. They really help prevent freezer burn. I&#039;ve used one for about 25 years.</description>
